Clear eligibility criteria

This Refund Policy governs the one-time paid service where Samridhya Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (“Samridhya”, “we”, “our”) retrieves a user’s credit bureau report and provides an AI-based credit health analysis along with personalized recommendations.

By availing this service through our mobile application or website, the user (“you”) agrees to the terms mentioned below.

1. Nature of Service (Non-returnable Digital Service)

Our Credit Health Analysis is a digitally delivered, instant, and non-tangible service. Once you place an order and complete payment:

  • We immediately initiate fetching your credit bureau report from authorized credit bureaus (such as CIBIL, Experian, CRIF High Mark, or Equifax).
  • We run proprietary AI-driven analysis to generate your personalized credit health insights and recommendations.
  • The AI-based analysis provides informational insights only and does not constitute financial advice, credit approval, or a guarantee of improved credit score or loan eligibility.

Since the service is delivered digitally and involves third-party bureau API costs, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Limited Refund Eligibility After Report Generation

Refunds are not applicable once the credit bureau report has been successfully fetched or the analysis has been generated, except in cases explicitly listed under Section 3.

Similar to industry practices, no refunds will be provided once:

  1. Your credit bureau data has been successfully fetched, or
  2. Your credit health analysis report has been generated, fully or partially.

Reason: Bureau report requests cost us money and cannot be cancelled or reversed.

3. Cases Eligible for Refund

A full refund will be issued only under the following limited circumstances:

a. Bureau Report Cannot Be Retrieved

If we are unable to fetch your credit bureau report due to:

  • Bureau technical issues
  • Incorrect bureau data mapping
  • PAN mismatch (despite user providing correct data)
  • No credit history found (i.e., "NH/NA" cases), and no report is generated

→ You will receive a full refund automatically or upon request.

b. Payment Completed but Service Not Delivered

If you paid successfully but did not receive the report or analysis within 48 hours, and our support team is unable to deliver the service after escalation.

→ You are eligible for a full refund.

4. Invalid Refund Requests (Not Eligible)

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You are not satisfied with the score or findings of the report.
  • You expected a higher loan eligibility or improvement in score.
  • You provided incorrect personal details (PAN/name/DOB mismatch).
  • You changed your mind after the service order.
  • You already downloaded/viewed the report.
  • A lender declined your loan application based on its internal credit assessment. Samridhya does not influence or guarantee lending decisions.

Note: Loan approvals are based on lender policies, and Samridhya does not guarantee any loan sanction.

5. Payment Issues / Duplicate Charges

  • You were charged twice for the same order.
  • Payment was deducted but not recorded in our system.
  • We confirm non-receipt of payment despite deduction on your end.

Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days, subject to bank or payment gateway processing timelines.

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Final Decision Authority

Samridhya Innovations retains the right to evaluate refund requests in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Decisions will follow fair-usage principles and industry norms.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in regulatory guidelines (RBI/ONDC/credit bureau norms), updates in product/service delivery, or operational improvements. The latest version will always be available on our website/app.
