3. Use of Services

Our Services facilitate access to financial products (e.g., personal loans) through our ONDC network partners (banks/NBFCs).

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not:

• Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activities.
• Reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our Services.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data.

4. Loan Services & Third-Party Partners

• Samridhya acts as an intermediary between you and lending partners (e.g., banks/NBFCs).
• Loan approvals, terms, interest rates, and repayments are solely determined by the lending partners, not Samridhya.
• We do not guarantee loan approval or specific terms.
• Samridhya is not a bank or NBFC and does not undertake lending, credit underwriting, or loan disbursal activities. All such activities are carried out exclusively by RBI-registered lending partners in accordance with applicable laws and RBI guidelines.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
• By using our Services, you consent to our data practices, including sharing necessary information with lending partners for loan processing.
• User data is shared only with explicit user consent and solely for the purpose of loan eligibility assessment, processing, and servicing by lending partners, in compliance with RBI digital lending guidelines and applicable data protection laws.

6. Fees & Charges

• Samridhya does not charge users for accessing the platform.
• Lending partners may impose fees, interest, or charges as per their loan agreements.
• Always review loan terms before accepting any offer.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, and software on our platform are owned by Samridhya or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

8. Termination & Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause.
• You may stop using our Services at any time by deleting your account.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Samridhya does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure Services.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
