- How do I check my loan application status?
- You can track your loan application status in real-time through the Samridhya app. Open the app, go to 'My Applications', and you will see the current stage — submitted, under review, approved, or disbursed. You can also call our support line at +91 63662 34524 for a status update.
- What should I do if my loan application is rejected?
- If your application is declined by one lender, do not worry — Samridhya connects you with multiple lending partners. Your application may still be approved by another institution with different eligibility criteria. You can also improve your chances by checking and improving your credit score using our free Credit Score Checker, reducing existing debt, or applying with a co-applicant.
- How long does it take to get a response after applying?
- Most personal loan applications are processed within 10 minutes. Business and gold loans may take up to 24–48 hours depending on the lender's verification process. You will receive real-time notifications on the app at every stage of the process.
- Can I modify my loan application after submitting it?
- Once submitted, certain details (like loan amount or tenure preference) can be updated by contacting our support team at +91 63662 34524 before the application reaches the lender's final review stage. Identity documents (PAN, Aadhaar) cannot be changed after submission.
- Is my personal data safe with Samridhya?
- Absolutely. All data transmitted through our platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. We are fully compliant with RBI data protection guidelines and never share your information with third parties without your explicit consent. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details.
- How do I raise a complaint or grievance?
